 Friday, June 5, 2015
4:00-5:00 PM -- Storytelling with students from Donald Davis's Storytelling Workshop. (Deepwater Theater)
Come join participants in Donald Davis's Storytelling Workshop Week as they share new stories they have been crafting!

4:30-6:30 PM--
Ocrafolk Festival Fundraising Silent Art Auction/Live Auction Preview (Berkley Manor)

5:00-7:00 PM -- Ocrafolk Festival Fish Fry w/special appearance by the Joyful Band of Singers (Ocracoke Preservation Museum) Price of $15 includes a main dish, sides, and tea or water.  A special plate of mac n' cheese & peas will be made available to children only for $5.  Dessert will be free at the Ocrafolk Festival Art Auction, to be held across the street at the Berkley Center.


6:00-7:00 PM - Mahalo Jazz 2 (Berkley Manor) Listen to incredible jazz by Alison Weiner & Robbie Link while you peruse the silent auction.

7:00 PM -- Live Auction (Berkley Manor)
A much-anticipated event, the art auction this year will focus on local artists — Ocracoke and the OBX. Complimentary desserts will be offered to guests and a cash wine/beer bar will be available beginning at 4:30 PM.  The Silent Auction and Live Auction Preview will be from 4:30-6:30 PM. The auction will start promptly at 7:00 PM. Artwork offered will be also be previewed on this webpage.


9:00-10:00 PM – World Music Jam hosted by Craicdown (Live Oak Stage @ Books to be Red)

10:00 - 11:30 PM  Donald Thompson Band (Community Center) ~ Groove the night away with the
vintage rhythm ‘n’ blues and classic rock of the Donald Thompson Band. Community Center. Cash bar.

8:00 - 9:00 PM -- Traditional Ocracoke Square Dance with Philip Howard at the Ocracoke Community Square on the Harbor. Easy to learn and open to all!

8:00 - 9:15 PM -- Donald Davis Storytelling Evening.
RSVP ticket required due to limited seating. A number of these tickets are given to sponsors before the festival weekend.  The remainder of these free tickets will be handed out first come/first serve at the info booth on Saturday during the day.  If you've got to have one . . . follow this link to find out how you can become a Patron Level Sponsor!
