Ocracoke Afterschool Programming
Is your child an Ocracoke student? Our next Afterschool Program will run Jan 27-March 28. This program is a partnership between Ocracoke Alive, the Ocracoke Library,  and the Ocracoke UMC. Additional funding support comes from the NC Art Council.

Ocracoke Earth Day Celebration
The Ocracoke Earth Day Weekend Celebration 2025 will happen April 11-13. Weekend events offer many activities, indoors and out, for all ages including nature walks, history talks, gardening, nature crafts, live music, stargazing, a village litter pick-up, and many informative discussions and presentations about sustainability and solutions. Ocracoke Alive's Deepwater Theater
Deepwater Theater on Ocracoke's School Road is home to many of our activities. This is where we host student arts programming year-round. During the summertime, visitors can catch a weekly performance of the Ocrafolk Opry. For tickets and more information click here.
