    Online Bidding Form Instructions
If you submit a bid and would like to submit another, just refresh the page.

The Ocrafolk Festival on-site auction will take place on Friday, June 3rd at the Berkley Manor. For those who want to get a jump start on bidding (or who can't make it to the event), we will be offering online bidding until 7 PM, Thursday, June 2. The highest online bid will become the starting bid for the on-site auction on Friday, June 3rd. If no one outbids you, you're the winner!

We will attempt to update bids regularly throughout the days leading up to the June 3rd event. Highest current bid will be posted in the description of the item. Check back to see if your latest bid is in the lead (we won't post bidders' names, just the current high bid).
    • More items may be added as we receive them, so keep checking back!
    • Online bids must be placed in at least $10 increments or more.
    • Some items have reserves. We will indicate in the description if the reserve has been successfully met. The reserves are, however, hidden.
    • Make sure to include the item #, artist name, and your bid so we can keep track of everything accurately.
    • Any auction questions may be directed to [email protected]. Subject line "2016 Art Auction"
    • We cannot ship some items. If this is the case, we will indicate so in the description.
    •  Winning bidders that are not present at the June 3rd auction will be contacted following the event to arrange for payment and shipping. Actual shipping charges will be added to the purchase price.
    • The decision of Ocracoke Alive shall be binding in determining the winning bidder.
    • Thank you for participating! This auction helps support the Ocrafolk Festival and Ocracoke Alive programming in the community. Good luck!
