Paige Decker
Paige Decker is a sophomore in high school. She has been coming to Ocracoke her whole life and through that has developed a passion for ocean life that she expresses through her art. At her booth you will find wood carvings, canvas paintings, and odds & ends that capture the beauty of the island and the importance of ocean life that will be perfect for your home.

Robert and Carol Smith live in Raleigh, NC, and formed The UpCycled SpokesMan in 2018.  They create a variety of unique jewelry and home decor items from stainless steel bicycle spokes and vintage silverplate flatware. 
GardenArtWorks
Unique mixed-metal garden art made from copper, silver, brass and aluminum: sculptures, planters, feeders, etc. Approximately 40% to 50% upcycled materials. Each piece is hand-wired. Each leaf is hand cut, no "cookie cutting." So each piece is unique in its own right; no two pieces are ever identical.

Nana Glass/Artsea
NANA GLASS
Color has always fascinated Nancy, and rainbows are her totem. Fusing glass is a perfect medium for blending color and light. Dichroic glass intrigues her. It reflects several colors simultaneously. The luminescence is spectacular. She enjoys combining dichroic and art glass for unique and surprising pieces, often featuring angels.

ARTSEA
Flavia has been fusing glass for over 15 years. A self-taught artist, she began exploring fused glass with local artist and cherished friend, Annie Lou Gaskins. Together they learned the magic of fused glass. At the Ocrafolk Festival, she will offer a variety of pieces.
Tangled Turtle
Artists Rosalyn Kutchins and Wendy Johnson make handmade glass wearable art. Using many glass-forming techniques, each piece is paired with handcrafted fine metals to make unique one-of-a-kind pieces.  Their art may be seen in many galleries in eastern North Carolina, from Oriental and New Bern to the Outer Banks. [email protected]
